    So far I like it. I'm trying to tone up while my husband wants to bulk up we both also want to lose body fat. These workouts have been doing the trick and I've been swing results rather quickly which is encouraging and makes you want to keep at it.

    I'm new to weight lifting but it seems pretty solid after my hours and hours of research. Plus it has extras like nutrition and supplementation info which is great.
